2. Consultation Appointments

All consultation fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a consultation is booked and paid for, the time is reserved exclusively for you, and our legal experts begin preliminary preparations.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen. You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the consultation fee is forfeited entirely, and a new booking will be required for future consultations.
